The 16th eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA 2021) will take place as a virtual conference using “Zoom” (a video conferencing tool), and all attendees will navigate the conference via Attendify (a virtual conference platform).  Presentation and Participation are FREE. All presenters are required to register for the conference in order to deliver a presentation. Presentations, open-floor discussion and Question & Answer (Q&A) sessions will be recorded and may be published as event archive on eLFA 2021 website.

 

For Oral Presenters

  • You will be given 20 minutes to present your project/ research work. We recommend spending 15-17 minutes for the actual presentation and 3-5 minutes for discussion/ questions. Presenters with similar presentation topics will be grouped into the same track.
  • Please manage your time well. If your talk overruns, it is possible that your screen share will be stopped, and/or your microphone will be muted.
  • Keep your presentation interesting, informative, well-paced and lively for a more engaging experience.
  • You can choose to deliver your presentation (I) LIVE OR (II) by playing a PRE-RECORDED VIDEO that lasts 15-17 minutes long.
  • Note that you are still required to attend your assigned presentation timeslot even if you are presenting in video format in order to take part in the question and answer session. Facilitator will only play your pre-recorded presentation video after confirming your presence at the assigned session. Any no shows or absences in presentation of the accepted abstracts will not be published in our conference proceeding.
  • If you choose to submit a pre-recorded presentation video, the video should be recorded with Zoom (showing your face and presentation slides) in MP4 format. You will be required to upload the video file on your cloud storage platform (i.e. Office 365, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) and email us the shareable link at elfa2021@elfasia.org by 23 November 2021 (Indonesia Time 23:59, GMT+7 hours). The video file should be named with your EasyChair paper ID. Please also state your EasyChair paper ID as well as the abstract title in the email.
  • Detailed event programme and further instructions on the presentation arrangement will be provided in November 2021.
