Abstract Submission
• Abstracts should only be submitted via our online EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=elfa2026.
• Authors must create their user name and password on the EasyChair system in order to submit, manage and edit their abstracts.
• For each abstract with multiple authors, only one author should create an account on EasyChair.
Abstract Submission Requirements
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
• Abstract should be based on any of the following listed on the home page, namely:

Integrating AI in professional development and faculty training
5.Reimagining Assessment in the Age of AI
AI-enhanced formative and summative assessment
Rethinking academic integrity and evaluation standards

Human-centered design of AI-driven learning platforms
Multi-modal learning with generative AI, VR/AR, and natural language processing

• Please follow the template to format your submission
• Abstracts should be 200-400 words in length and give a brief account of the most relevant aspects of the paper. They could address the following elements: purpose, methods, results, conclusions, justifications, recommendations/future directions (as applicable).
• Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. For example, eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA) should be defined before being used as an abbreviation only. Abbreviations should neither be defined nor used in the abstract title.
Tables, charts or other graphics should not be included and will be disregarded by the reviewers.

Deadlines
The abstract submission deadline is in March 2026.
Notifications of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to the submitting author via email by May 2026.
