- Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas:
- Innovative technology in learning and teaching

- Evolving assessment and feedback through innovative technology
- The future campus: Blending physical and virtual spaces
Note: An Abstract may cover more than one topic area.
- Abstracts should be 300-400 words in length and give a brief account of the most relevant aspects of the paper. They could address the following elements: purpose, methods, results, conclusions, justifications, recommendations/future directions (as applicable).
- Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. For example, eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA) should be defined before being used as an abbreviation only. Abbreviations should neither be defined nor used in the abstract title.
- Tables, charts or other graphics should not be included and will be disregarded by the reviewers.
If you encounter any problems during the submission process or you do not receive any confirmation by email, please contact the Conference Secretariat: elfa2024@elfasia.org
Deadlines
- The abstract submission deadline is on 15 September 2024.
- Notifications of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to the submitting author via email by latest 15 October 2024.
All authors, including co-authors, whose abstracts are accepted by the Programme Committee will be able to register at the Early Bird Rate of HKD 1,500.
Presentation Guidelines
- The author(s) will be required to deliver a PowerPoint presentation of their research work on the conference day. Please use the PowerPoint presentation template and bring a soft copy of your presentation on a USB thumb drive. We strongly recommend bringing a backup or emailing yourself a copy in advance in case of technical issues.
- You will be allocated a 20-minute slot; please take care not to exceed it. We suggest aiming for a 12-15-minute presentation so that there will be time for Q&A. Your presentation should be interesting, informative, well-paced, and lively.
