- All presentation content has to be pre-approved by the event Organising Committee (“OC”). Please submit your presentation proposal to sponsor2024@elfasia.org on or before 31st August 2024 (Saturday). Late submissions may not be considered.

- ONE (1) guest speaker can be nominated to present at a plenary presentation (30 – 45 minutes, subject to the final event programme).
- ONE (1) guest speaker can be nominated to present at a sponsor special session (30 minutes, subject to the final event programme).
- Highest priority to use TWO (2) meeting rooms provided by the event organiser, by request and subject to availability.
- A large booth with TWO (2) tables, FOUR (4) chairs, and ONE (1) backdrop (actual size to be confirmed) will be provided.
- FOUR (4) complimentary registration passes can be allocated to sponsor staff or guests.
